MAIN PROGRAM

CERTIFIED HOTEL MANAGER (CHM)

The Certification in Hotel Manager/CHM is being offered to Hotel General Managers, Hotel Managers, Villa Managers, Potential Department Head ( future GM ), Vocational Leaders , Owner Representatives, and Industry professionals in obtaining the designation program held through a joint effort between HELIC, IHGMA , PHRI, Educational Institution and others. The aim of this program is to develop first timer GM/HM/ Potential Head of Department and Vocational Leader's capability. To be a successful Hospitality Leader is not only based on title’s education but it is also based on how long you work in that field. CHM delivered the knowledge by discussion and workshop methods and also sharing best practices. After attending the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to take the certification examination. Upon passing the examination, recipients will receive a certificate and can use the CHM designation on their business cards and resumes/CVs.

CERTIFIED HOTEL ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST (CHAS)

The Certification in Hotel Accounting Specialist / CHAS is being offered to Hotel Financial Controller, Chief Accountant and any Senior Accounting Executive as well as Hotel Senior Executive including GM/HM , Potential Head of Department and Vocational Leaders. The aim of this program is to develop and unlock The Hospitality executives capability in accounting and financial competency. CHAS delivered the knowledge by discussion and workshop methods and also sharing best practices. The Training is designed to provide all participants with a comprehensive Accounting knowledge including the concept and procedures within the hospitality industry. Upon passing the examination, recipients will receive a certificate and can use the CHAS designation on their business cards and resumes/CVs.

STRATEGIC IN HOSPITALITY HUMAN CAPITAL

This course is designed to broaden the knowledge for Non Human Resources back ground including GM/HM/ Potential Head of Department and Vocational Leaders about human resources compliances within the hospitality industry such as Labour law, Hotel rules and regulation, Corporate labour agrement and Undang Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 Tentang Cipta Kerja. Upon passing the examination we expect the participants will have a full understanding about Hotel/ Hospitality Human Resources compliances and can improve the hotel staff satisfaction index.
