With 25 years of experience in hospitality industry and graduated from STP Bandung and Cornell University, he is one filled with passion, wisdom and skills. His career exposure is taken from various five-star hotels from International league to domestic range, such as Grand Hyatt Singapore, Grand Hyatt Jakarta, Regent Four Seasons Jakarta, and he was one of the Pre-Opening F&B Team for Gran Melia Hotel Shanghai. His last position in F&B industry was the F&B Director of Gran Melia Jakarta. Since 2012 Eduard held several assignments for ARTOTEL Group and worked his way up from General Manager, Corporate General Manager to his present mantle as the Chief Operating Officer, providing him with vast opportunities to make a difference by bringing together various conceptual strategies and out-of-the-box policy in hotel sphere.
Graduated from ITENAS on ‘Teknologi Industri’ in 1993 has many experiences either in practical industries as well as in education. She is a tourism and hospitality industry practitioner and consultant with over 30 years of experience specializing in quality assurance and legal compliance. As a member of a team of experts in the Ministry of Tourism and the Coordinating Ministry of Maritime and Investment, she also assisted in the drafting of several laws and government regulations related to tourism and the creative economy, as well as the standardization of tourism businesses such as hotels and restaurants. She also holds five specialization certificates from Switzerland and the United States ; in Food and Beverages Management, Rooms Division Management, and Resort Management. Violetta is passionate about education and devotes her time to teaching as a postgraduate lecturer at STP Bandung as well as other colleges and institutions.
